1. Head of Mechanization (Strategic Leadership)

Type: Full-Time / Senior Management

The Role: You are the architect of our fleet operations. You will oversee the procurement of heavy machinery, manage large-scale service contracts with sugar mills, and lead the nationwide expansion of our entrepreneurship model.

• Ideal Candidate: 15+ years in Agri-machinery or Farm Management with a track record of scaling operations across multiple states.

2. Field Service Managers (Regional Leadership)

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

The Role: You are the bridge between our headquarters and the soil. You will manage a cluster of Mechanization Entrepreneurs, ensuring that service quality is maintained, machines are utilized at 100% capacity, and farmers are satisfied with the results.

• Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of the subtropical sugarcane belt (UP, Punjab, Haryana).

3. Field Support Specialists (Technical Experts)

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

The Role: You are the frontline of technical excellence. You provide the “on-the-spot” training and troubleshooting for our entrepreneurs. Whether it’s calibrating an automatic planter or diagnosing a hydraulic issue on a deep plough, you ensure the work never stops.

• Ideal Candidate: Diploma or Degree in Agricultural Engineering with a “hands-on” mindset.

4. Permanent Employees (Corporate & Support)

Type: Full-Time

The Role: Our engine room. This includes roles in Operations, HR, Finance, and Digital Marketing. You provide the institutional stability that allows our field teams to focus on the farmers.

5. Short-Term Consultants (Subject Matter Experts)

Type: Project-Based / Contractual

The Role: We hire specialists for specific high-impact projects. This might include soil health analysis for a specific region, developing a new training curriculum for cotton mechanization, or conducting environmental impact studies.
