At Pragmatix, we believe that the transition to sustainable food systems starts with the next generation of innovators. Our Internship Programme offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between academic theory and regenerative field practices.
Programme Overview
We offer a 3-month (seasonal) immersive experience designed for students and recent graduates in Agronomy, Environmental Science, Ag-Tech, and Rural Development. Interns will work alongside industry experts to implement solutions that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and resource efficiency.
Focus Areas:
- Regenerative Soil Management: Learning composting, cover cropping, and no-till techniques.
- Precision Irrigation: Utilizing IoT sensors to minimize water wastage.
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Exploring biological controls over chemical interventions.
- Ag-Data Analytics: Monitoring crop yields and carbon sequestration metrics.
What You Will Gain

Who We Are Looking For

- Eligibility: Current university students (Year 2+) or recent graduates in a related field.
- Attributes: A strong commitment to environmental ethics, a proactive mindset, and a desire to solve food security challenges.
- Duration: 12 weeks (Available in Spring/Summer and Autumn cycles).
