Cultivating the Future of Sustainable Agriculture

At Pragmatix, we believe that the transition to sustainable food systems starts with the next generation of innovators. Our Internship Programme offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between academic theory and regenerative field practices.

 Programme Overview

We offer a 3-month (seasonal) immersive experience designed for students and recent graduates in Agronomy, Environmental Science, Ag-Tech, and Rural Development. Interns will work alongside industry experts to implement solutions that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and resource efficiency.

Focus Areas:

  • Regenerative Soil Management: Learning composting, cover cropping, and no-till techniques.
  • Precision Irrigation: Utilizing IoT sensors to minimize water wastage.
  • Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Exploring biological controls over chemical interventions.
  • Ag-Data Analytics: Monitoring crop yields and carbon sequestration metrics.

 What You Will Gain

  • Hands-on Experience: Go beyond the classroom with active participation in daily farm operations and research trials.
  • Mentorship: Regular 1-on-1 sessions with senior agronomists and sustainability consultants.

 Who We Are Looking For

We seek passionate, hard-working individuals who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

  • Eligibility: Current university students (Year 2+) or recent graduates in a related field.
  • Attributes: A strong commitment to environmental ethics, a proactive mindset, and a desire to solve food security challenges.
  • Duration: 12 weeks (Available in Spring/Summer and Autumn cycles).
