Phase 1: Specialized Technical Training

Ownership of a machine is useless without the expertise to run it. Our training centers provide:

Equipment Mastery: Hands-on training on the calibration, hitching, and operation of heavy-duty deep ploughs and automatic planters.
Preventative Maintenance: Teaching entrepreneurs how to fix minor mechanical issues on-site to avoid downtime during the critical planting season.

Phase 3: Financial & Business Mentorship

A great operator needs to be a great businessman. We provide modules on:

Service Pricing: How to calculate fuel costs, depreciation, and labor to set profitable yet fair acre-wise rates.
Digital Record Keeping: Using simple apps to track fuel efficiency, hectares covered, and client payments.
Loan Facilitation: Assisting entrepreneurs in accessing government subsidies (like SMAM) and low-interest bank loans to purchase their equipment.

Phase 4: Work Guarantee & Market Linkage
